Yes. No prior knowledge or skills are required. Anyone who wishes to co-create Open Contact with Earth together is welcome to participate.
Applications for Open Contact Team JAPAN membership (regular members) are accepted through Open Contact Japan, not Open Contact Chugoku Region.
